Great lasagna starts with great pasta. La Campofilone La Sfoglia lasagna sheets are crafted in Campofilone, Le Marche, using PGI-certified egg pasta methods — durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs, bronze-extruded and slow-dried for a smooth, silky texture with excellent sauce absorption.

These premium sheets can be used directly in the oven without pre-boiling, making it easy to build classic Italian lasagna. For softer layers, briefly cook in salted boiling water for 1–2 minutes before assembling.
