At Altomonte’s Italian Markets, we carefully pack and ship every order to ensure your products arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS, depending on destination, package size, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, delivery times are subject to carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Food & Perishable Items

Due to the nature of food products:

  • All food items are shipped shelf-stable unless otherwise stated

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the package

  • We are not responsible for spoilage caused by delayed pickup or improper storage after delivery

Shipping Delays

Altomonte’s Italian Markets is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather events

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Customs or carrier exceptions

However, if your order experiences a shipping issue, we will work with the carrier to assist when possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will assist with a replacement or store credit when applicable.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Altomonte’s Italian Markets is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
