Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns on perishable or consumable items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at skrauss@altomontes.com with photos of the issue. We will gladly issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Non-food items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received in error.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
