Despite their modest size, they are one of the most sauce-efficient shapes in the Italian repertoire: the ridges grip, the curve cradles, and the hollow interior fills. Alto Gnocchetti Rigati is made from 100% organic, non-GMO Italian durum wheat semolina, bronze-drawn for a rustic, porous texture and slow-dried to preserve deep flavor.
