Rather than infusing oil with lemon after pressing, Geraci Agrumolio al Limone is made by simultaneously crushing freshly harvested Nocellara del Belice olives together with whole fresh lemons at the moment of cold extraction. The result is a naturally citrus-forward oil with no artificial flavoring, no added essences — just the pure, vibrant character of two ingredients pressed into one.
