Spaghetti with Clams and chopped Vesuvio Piennolo DOP Cherry Tomatoes

INGREDIENTS

  • Spaghetti
  • Chopped Vesuvio Piennolo DOP Cherry Tomatoes
  • Clams
  • Garlic
  • Oil
  • Parsley to taste

METHOD

Fry the oil and garlic in a frying pan and add the clams.

Once the clams are opened, add the chopped Vesuvio Piennolo DOP cherry tomatoes into the frying pan.

Separately, cook the spaghetti until very firm to the bite and when ready toss them in the frying pan with the prepared sauce until finished cooking.

Serve and add parsley to taste.
